How to make simple veg momos at home

Veg Momos can partake at any time through the year as a bite.

Ingredient-
¾ cup Regular flour/maida
Water on a case-by-case basis

1 cup Cabbage Finely hacked
¼ cup Carrot Finely hacked
1 tablespoon Garlic
4 twigs of Spring onion
¼ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon Dark pepper powder
1 sp Soya sauce

Guidelines
Blend flour, salt, and oil in a bowl and add water to make a
smooth malleable mixture. Very much like our poori batter. Keep the side covered.
Heat a skillet with oil, add garlic, and the finely slashed
white piece of the spring onion. Give a mix in high fire. Add the slashed
veggies and sugar, and broil on high fire briefly.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and blend well. Ultimately, add
the finely slashed green piece of the spring onion and blend briefly on medium
fire. Switch it off and keep it to the side.
I folded the mixture into a major circle and utilized a
